First MOVEs: Beginner Reformer Class
Beginner Level
(No prior experience necessary)
This class is open to anyone interested in learning Pilates from the beginning in an environment safe for all students, including those with back pain, hip and/or knee replacements, post-partum moms who need to find their bodies again, or folks with any other movement challenges.
Classes are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:15am with Instructors Jessica Caine and Lindsey Hanahan.
